Berkshire Motor Hotel San Diego

Clean hotel, its staff were ready to help. The bed was very comfy, the room was brand-new and compact on upper level. The property was set in a central area close enough to stores, the observatory north park and malls.

The staff where accommodating and affable as well, would book again.

Well-maintained and little hotel, amicable staff, loved magnificent location close to plenty of other things to do, the observatory north park and fast food places.

The whole place was clean, I liked it, and had beautiful location and staff. It was 25 minutes' drive from the airport.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a good area, very close to good restaurants and downtown and hipster North Park. The room was silent and updated, included with very comfortable beds as well as modern decor. Central location of this brand-new property was a bonus. Went to Negociant Urban Winery for drink or two, set relatively near the hotel.

Cozy hotel with central location and immaculate rooms. All in all everything was great, though we had very small bathroom.

I enjoyed the place thanks to rooms and cleanliness. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a nice enough area. Apart from that, a rose garden was 10 minutes' drive away. Early check-in. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient. It was a SUCH GREAT stay.

Spotlessly clean venue, relatively quiet location within 15 minutes' drive of San Diego International airport. Had carbonated drinks in the lounge bar in the evening: )

We loved our stay in this hotel. The staff was superbly friendly, the property was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city next to many tourist spots, North Park, Hillcrest. Although the bed was way too hard, it was fairly nice stay.

The setting was poor.

Room had a luxurious bathroom and air conditioning, flat-screen TV and microwave. We had perfect breakfast and a perfect 10/10 stay overall.

There was a great lobby. Breakfast was well priced, loved it. The hotel had a super central setting.

Pleasant staff, top location. We were in the queen room, it was precious. Liked San Diego, the hotel was compact! Decent service and a very clean pool onsite.

not expensive hotel, unbeatable location, modern and bright rooms. amazingly nice staff, i loved their help. easy check-in and impeccable service. there were fine internet and free parking available.

Well furnished room, good bed, super friendly staff. Restaurant was unique and immaculately clean. The location was convenient, central. Also, san diego zoo was 2 miles away. Late check out too

Unfortunately wi-fi was bad.

The hotel was spotless and staff were enthusiastic, everything was first-class. The beds were big and the room was a nice size. Complimentary wines and cocktails in the roof top bar, convenient parking place.

Automated check-in, the staff helped with baggage. Our room had a great bed and a COOL view. The staff - always welcoming & were happy to help. Having different bottled drinks in the lounge bar was a very nice touch.

The stay was absolutely lovely. Hotel was so clean and very excellent, had superfriendly staff, well priced rooms. Very easy location to Simply Local. Also, the area was very secure.

By and large, it was fabulous base for sightseeing in San Diego, had much fun. Appreciated staying at the king room.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Staff are helpful, location is nice, everything is very clean. There's S d Chicken Pie Shop within 5 minutes walk or so, truly enjoyed their menu.

The hotel is located on an noisy street so be ready.

Don't forget to explore North Park neighborhood. We loved berkshire motor. Tourist destinations like Boulevard Fitness were next to the hotel...

Red Fox Room is easy walk to the hotel. If we return to San Diego we would definitely come back there. It was definitely 3 stars for us.
